  2/19/2018 —— Dropped off my car at 10AM for tire installation. Talked to manager and said it will be ready at 3PM. Now, I’m at work waiting for a phone call. NO CALLS! I called around 4:30PM. Someone said that the delivery truck was behind with their delivery and that it got pushed back and told me that it will be ready by 6PM. I DIDN’T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT BECAUSE IT’S OUT OF THEIR CONTROL.... My problem was there was NO COURTESY CALL!!! There was still no call by 6PM. Decided to go to American Tire Depot. My car still has the spare tire on. (THEY CLOSE AT 7PM) This time, I hear different excuses why it wasn’t done yet. Then, I found out that the MANAGER was unorganized and irresponsible about the ticket for my car. LESSON LEARNED. FIRST TIME CUSTOMER & I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!
